 The return process is as follows:

You should prepare the items you wish to return in a secure package or the packaging you received them in. Returns must be made within 14 days from the day you received the items.
The products must be in the condition you received them, with their original tags attached, and swimwear must still have the hygiene sticker on. In addition, we will need the purchase receipt for your return.

The return shipping address is the same as the delivery address listed on your  Geniki Taxydromiki courier voucher:

After sending the return, please send us the courier tracking number so we can check and follow the status of the return and complete the process as soon as possible.

Please note that we do NOT accept returns via regular post!

Shipping costs of orders and returns are charged to the customer. Shipping costs of the order cannot be refunded. 

 You can return the items using the courier company of your choice and pay the shipping cost directly to the courier.

Alternatively, you can bring the items to our store at Spefsippou 1, Kolonaki 10675, Athens, +30 211 4008670, to avoid shipping cost.

The refund will be processed within 14 days (of the day we receive your return), using the same payment method as the original order. In the case you paid  to the courier on delivery or you paid by bank transfer, we will need your bank details (IBAN, Account Holder’s Name, Bank Name), in order to process your refund.
